Returns Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of ammunition for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Incorrect caliber ordered
- Over-ordering
- Opened or unopened packaging
- Ammunition refused or undeliverable due to customer error
- Ammunition damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
Returns may be authorized only under the following limited circumstances:
- Confirmed manufacturing defect
- Verified quality control issue
- Product recall issued by manufacturer
In these cases:
- Return authozation is required prior to any shipment
- Return shipping must be arranged by the manufacturer
- Unauthorized returns will be refused and discarded without refund
We reserve the right to require:
- Photographs or documentation
- Sample return in lieu of full return
When a verified defect or recall is confirmed,resolution may include, at our sole discretion:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund to original payment method
- Refund without requiring return of product
Shipping
We can ship to most of the lower 48 states in the US.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
